Shipping Policy


We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).  We also accept Paypal, Money Orders, and Business checks.  Please allow 7-10 business days for Business checks.  We will not send out any products without a cleared payment.


Free Shipping on Orders that meet or exceed a subtotal of $199.99 (exluding custom hoses)

Free shipping is available for orders of at least $199.99 going to a single United States address. Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO are excluded.  The Free shipping promotion does not include custom hoses.

OVERNIGHT and Air Shipments: Overnight shipments cannot be canceled. Note: Orders received after 11:00 am  will ship next business day.  During a natural disaster this time may change due to extensive orders. Call for more information. Unexpected weather conditions may cause delays in the delivery of your package and will not be guaranteed to arrive on time. Priority Shipment costs are non-refunable. These shipments are guaranteed through UPS.

*Saturday delivery for express shipments is an extra charge. If you need it guaranteed, we recommend you call 304-872-7098 to confirm.

Rerouting: Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.

Package Un-Deliverable:

An order will be considered “Un-Deliverable” if the all three of the following conditions are met:

1. The customer does not or cannot accept delivery
2. The package is damaged
3. The shipping company makes reasonable attempt at delivery

If the shipment is “Un-Deliverable” we will return the package to our warehouse, cancel and refund the order minus a restocking fee of 15% to cover the cost of package re-consignment and shipping charges.


Orders can only be canceled or changed prior to shipment. If the order has already been shipped, the return/exchange procedures apply. All cancellations/changes MUST BE DONE OVER THE PHONE. *Email cancellations are not accepted.   

Factory Direct Orders:  Orders placed with products marked as “factory direct” are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be honored on these products once your order is placed, this includes units marked “special order”. Please be sure this is the correct product before placing an order.


For all unused / non-damaged returned items in original condition, in the original packaging with all original documents within 30 days of original purchase date, there is a 15% restocking fee on the item price (15 percent fee does not apply to cost of shipping). For used / non-damaged returned items in original condition, in original packaging within 15 days from original purchase date, with all original documents, there is a 25% restocking fee on the item price (restocking fees do not apply to cost of shipping). Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Factory Direct: No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be honored on products marked as “Factory Direct” any product defect will be handled from the manufacturer. Buyer is responsible for all actual shipping & freight charges of shipping product to buyer and shipping product back. These charges can be detailed upon request. Refunds will be provided to the buyer within 7-14 business days from receipt of item. Exchanges: There is no restocking fee on exchanged items, provided the item is unused, and in original condition with all applicable parts, packaging, manuals, etc.

NOTE: You must call to receive a return goods authorization number before you can send any products back. Call us with any questions (304)872-7098.

**Power equipment cannot be returned after it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations.  If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

The repair, replacement, or exchange of a defective or malfunctioning product must be handled through your local authorized dealer for the respective brand under their manufacturer’s warranty policy.
